The Ledia direct imaging system continues to deliver the reliable exposure technology needed to meet the growing requirement for a wide variety of printed circuit boards.
The flexible control enabled by its three wavelength light source provides broader coverage of the wavelength regions for exposure, significantly expanding the number of supported resist types. This format improves productivity by up to 100 percent compared to two wavelength models.
We will release Ledia's high power model, which has become the industry standard for direct imaging devices for SR. We will introduce “Ledia 6H”, which has improved productivity even more than the current machine.

Final Visual inspection system “FP-9200” proud of superior detection power comes up. The newly developed auto-prepare function and the automatic false alarm removal function can automate a series of preparation operations, and can reduce the number of times of board transfer and significantly reduce the work man-hour.
